Shipping & Handling Information
Due to new COVID safety protocols, all orders will be scheduled for shipment within 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS after an order has been placed, excluding public holidays.
Free ground shipping is offered for customers in the continental US (48 states). Orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska will be charged a flat rate.
Orders placed after 1 PM PST on Thursday and Fridays may not be processed for shipping until the following Monday or Tuesday morning. Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an automated shipping notification with tracking information.
We do our best to minimize any customs charges relating to the invoice, but it will vary from country to country and we cannot guarantee any set fees.
International orders will be charged a flat rate and you will be required to pay a customs fee to receive your order.
Multiple carriers are used to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
For express services such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS, we will email you tracking details once the order has left our warehouse.
