What Each Part Does

Foam speaker ring: Fits around the speaker and seals it against the back of the door panel. Sound goes out through the grille toward you instead of leaking into the door, so you hear more mid-bass and fewer cancellations.

Quick Install Guide
- Remove the door panel and the speaker.
- Clean the outer door skin behind the speaker with isopropyl alcohol and apply the foam backing sheet directly behind the speaker opening.
- Apply the Speaker Kit Sheet to the metal around the speaker opening and press it down firmly.
- Run gasket tape around the speaker mounting surface and reinstall the speaker.
- Cut the foam ring strip to length and stick it around the speaker face so it touches the back of the door panel when refitted.
- Refit the door panel and check that it clips in fully.
