Returns

To start your return process, please email us at team@soundskinsglobal.com including your name and order number.

Orders must be returned within 30 days of order purchase in new and unused condition. Open box products & subwoofer enclosures are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

The customer will be responsible for shipping the products back to our warehouse via the shipping service of their choice. Returns will be subject to a restocking fee up to 15%.

Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days upon receiving the returned order.
