This kit can be used alone, but it is intended to be covered by a custom bag liner to prevent erosion of the material. It fits both standard factory bags, extended bags, as well as aftermarket stretched bags for all 1998-2013 Harley Davidson Touring Models (Street Glide, Road Glide, Road King, Electra Glide, Ultra Glide).
